About this role
As our Office Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a vibrant office environment while driving our brand and communications efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture and operational efficiency of our new office which is rapidly expanding, ensuring seamless HR, administrative and brand and comms functions.
Your responsibilities
  • Office Setup and Coordination: 
    • Oversee the setup of our new office space, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment, with support from Osbit Ltd HR lead. 
    • Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and issues.
  • HR and Administration:
    • Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and facilitating training sessions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Support the management team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Brand and Communications: 
    • Work with Osbit Ltd, to develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to enhance our brand presence.
    • Work with Brand and Communications in Osbit Ltd to support social media posts, creating engaging content to boost our online visibility.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and presentations.
    • Organise work activities to maintain a positive and cohesive company culture.

  • Familiarity with HR practices and administrative processes.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a team player mindset.
